Chef Christophe Ithurritze, has created a lively paring of ingredients that reflects his personality and evokes the creative warmth of his cooking style. Chef Ithurritze received his degree at Les Rocalles, Bayonne in the South of France.
Jake has indulged his passion for mixology and has created an exciting array of cocktails with fresh ingredients and the finest of spirits.
The warm and inviting atmosphere of Golden Tuscan Yellow and Burnt Siena tones with subdued lighting and a mélange of California Art, create a relaxed dinning experience.
